This charming stone villa from the 19th century once housed the workers of the Mustio ironworks. Mustio ironworks, the country's first ironworks, was established in 1561. The iron factories were closed in 1901.
The ironworks site has hosted a pulp mill, sawmill, shingle factory, mill, carpentry workshop, and brick factory.
On the same road, there is also an old blacksmith's house, locomotive shed, and old workers' cottages.
Each apartment in Stenvilla is different and unique.
Stenvilla has a total of four apartments: two studios, and two three-room apartments.
The distance to Mustio Manor is about 500 meters.
All apartments have a TV with an antenna connection, bathroom, toilet, and a kitchen with refrigerators and ovens.
The apartments do not have a WLAN network.
Free parking space is available next to the building and along the street.
It is possible to order extra beds, junior mattresses, and cribs for all apartments upon request.
Normal final cleaning is included in the price.
We charge a fee according to our terms for additional cleaning. Intermediate cleanings and changes of bed linens can be ordered separately.
Breakfast in the restaurant Linnankrouvi is also available for an extra charge.
Within walking distance on the side of Lake Lohja, there is a small guest harbor of Mustio Manor.
The surrounding forests and roads offer beautiful jogging landscapes all the way to the village of Mustio.
The distance to the shop in Mustio is about 3.5 km, which can be comfortably covered, for example, by renting a Jopo bike from the reception of Mustio Manor!

- Not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments due to the lack of assistive devices and stairs in front of the door.
